This hidden gem boasts a quiet location a short stroll away from downtown. Down the street, there are several bars and restaurants. the rooms are spacious with tasteful furnishings and an enormous, memory foam bed. the bathrooms come with hot water, though the water pressure could be a bit stronger. the rooftop terrace, with two hot tubs, is the perfect place to unwind while admiring the stars. Breakfasts are cooked to order and delicious, and the staff offers outstanding service. Finally, the entrance is secured with an easy-to-use code system.

The breakfast was exquisite with many fresh options to choose from. the rooms were beautifully decorated and had very comfortable beds. the hotel location was perfect, being close to the city center yet not noisy.

The pool needed more cleaning as it was often dirty and sandy. the room cleaning service was below par as the staff did only the bare minimum.

The owner provided me with all the necessary information about the area, including recommendations for restaurants and attractions. I even had the opportunity to enjoy the Jacuzzi in the evenings with my little one, which was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere in the hotel was very relaxing, with beautiful plants surrounding the rooms. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bed. I had a fantastic time at Grand Balam Plaza and would highly recommend it to others.

Loved the warm welcome from the friendly staff who gave us all the details to explore the area - restaurants and attractions. The area for breakfast was wonderful, with tasty food and amazing fresh fruits. The location of the hotel was perfect - secluded enough to offer a peaceful stay but close to the lively areas.

The pool was not well maintained and looked sandy and dirty. The cleaning staff did not go beyond just sweeping, making the bed, and changing towels.
